Pomfret on Plates

Pomfret on plates

This is what a pomfret fish looks like.
I bought it from a local fresh market in Bangkok.
A bit costly, too!
Ever had one of these?

I cooked them in sour soup.
(Pomfret fish in Sour Broth)

After a good meal, how about some
authentic Thai dessert, then?!
